A CULTURA EN SEGURIDAD: UNO REVISIÓN SISTEMÁTICA PARA LA INDUSTRIA DEL PETRÓLEO Y DEL GAS

Resumo
Esse artigo apresenta uma revisão sistemática da literatura sobre cultura de segurança. O foco são as abordagens metodológicas da avaliação da cultura de segurança implementadas na indústria de óleo e gás. O objetivo foi mostrar diferenças e convergências entre os diferentes métodos e discutir os principais resultados. Apesar do recente e crescente desenvolvimento dos estudos e pesquisas, as diferenças das abordagens metodológicas deixam claro a falta de uma clareza das bases teóricas de referência. As transformações das práticas de segurança industrial e implementações concretas ainda são relativamente pouco numerosas entre os estudos analisados, focando especialmente em comunicação entre os diferentes níveis hierárquicos e em treinamentos sobre o tema.

Abstract
This article presents a systematic review of the literature on safety culture. The focus is on methodological approaches to safety culture assessment implemented in the oil and gas industry. The objective was (i) to show differences and convergences between the different methods and (ii) to discuss the main results. Despite the recent and growing development of studies and research, the differences in methodological approaches make clear the lack of clarity of the theoretical bases of reference. The transformations in industrial security practices and concrete implementations are still relatively few among the studies analyzed, focusing especially on communication between different hierarchical levels and on training on the subject.

Este artículo presenta una revisión sistemática de la literatura sobre cultura de seguridad. La atención se centra en los enfoques metodológicos para la evaluación de la cultura de seguridad implementados en la industria del petróleo y el gas. El objetivo fue mostrar diferencias y convergencias entre los diferentes métodos y discutir los principales resultados. A pesar del reciente y creciente desarrollo de estudios e investigaciones, las diferencias en los enfoques metodológicos dejan en evidencia la falta de claridad en las bases teóricas de referencia. Las transformaciones en las prácticas de seguridad industrial y sus implementaciones concretas son aún relativamente pocas entre los estudios analizados, centrándose especialmente en la comunicación entre los diferentes niveles jerárquicos y la capacitación en el tema.
